Increased Thirst:

An excessive amount of the salt will increase your thrust. Because your body tries to balance sodium and water content in the body this will increase your thirst with a dry mouth.

There are various long term effects of eating too much salt that are listed below:

  • Salt is linked with cancer. Excess amounts of salt can increase the risk of various types of cancers.
  • Increase the risk of various heart diseases, chronic diseases, and premature death.
